Legal Support
Guidance on contracts, rights and disputes — accessible from the Basic membership up.
Every Creator deserves protection. The Union provides legal support and a collective voice for street culture.
Guidance on contracts, rights and disputes — accessible from the Basic membership up.
A shared structure that defends Creators' interests across the ecosystem.
Strength in numbers — the Union represents the culture, not just the individual.
In the StreetMindz model every organisation is a Crew, its people are Creators, and what it builds are Creations. The Union is exactly that — a registered Swiss association (Verein) run as a Crew: members are the Creators, the board is the core team, and its statutes, decisions and services are its Creations.
Everything a Swiss Verein needs — each item is its own page on the website and a clickable post inside the Union Crew on the platform.
The association's constitution (Statuten) — purpose, structure, rights and duties of members.
Read →The elected committee (Vorstand) — president, treasurer, secretary and their mandates.
Meet the board →The yearly members' meeting (Mitgliederversammlung) — agenda, motions and votes.
Next assembly →Records of every meeting and decision (Protokolle) — archived and searchable.
Browse minutes →How to join, member categories and annual contributions (Mitgliedschaft & Beiträge).
Join the Union →Internal rules and codes (Reglemente) that complement the statutes.
View regulations →Yearly activity and finances (Jahresbericht & Jahresrechnung) for full transparency.
Latest report →The independent auditing body (Revisionsstelle) verifying the association's accounts.
About auditing →The Gründungsprotokoll — how the Union was established in Zurich, 2017.
Read the protocol →On the live platform these live as a sub-page tree under /union/ and as pinned posts inside the Union Crew group — members get notified of new minutes, assemblies and votes automatically.
Join as a Creator, get legal backing, a vote at the General Assembly, and a place in the collective that represents street culture.
