The Board
The Board (Vorstand) manages the Union and represents it externally. It is elected by the General Assembly for a one-year term.
Composition
The Board consists of at least three Creators elected by the General Assembly. It constitutes itself and holds all powers not reserved to another organ.

Signing authority
The Union is validly bound by the joint signature of two Board members.
Meetings
The Board meets as often as business requires and is quorate when a majority of its members are present. Decisions are recorded in the minutes.
