General Assembly

The General Assembly is the supreme organ of the Union. An ordinary Assembly is held once a year.

Powers

Adopt and amend the statutes
Elect the Board and the Auditors
Approve the annual report, accounts and budget
Set the annual membership fees
Decide on appeals against exclusion
Decide on the dissolution of the Union

Convocation

The Board convenes the ordinary Assembly once a year. An extraordinary Assembly may be called by the Board or at the request of one fifth of the members. The invitation and agenda are sent at least two weeks in advance.

Voting

Each active member (Creator) has one vote. Resolutions pass by a simple majority of those present, except amendments to the statutes and dissolution, which require a two-thirds majority.
