2. Account Suspension & Termination
StreetMindz reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or deactivate accounts if there is a breach of these Terms. If you violate our policies, including using automated mechanisms to generate fraudulent communications, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice. Any misconduct directed at StreetMindz staff will result in immediate account termination without refund. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Payment Processors: StreetMindz uses authorized third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for billing. These processors manage payment details, and any errors or fees are handled according to their policies.Disputes & Chargebacks: If a chargeback is issued, you are liable to StreetMindz for the full amount plus any fees. You may cancel your subscription by contacting us. Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle, and partial refunds are not available.Termination & Suspension: Failure to comply with these Terms or to pay due fees entitles StreetMindz to suspend or terminate your account.Service Reactivation: Once canceled, your subscription cannot be reactivated. You will need to make a new purchase if you wish to resume services.

Custom-designed products created on order. Refunds are not available for custom merchandise unless an error occurs on our part.Digital Purchases: Digital music and other downloadable content. Refunds are not available for digital purchases.Dropshipping Products: Products from external suppliers. Refunds are governed by the policies of our dropshipping partners.SmartWear & Smart Tools: Proprietary products developed by StreetMindz. Refunds are available only in cases of product defect.Management & Academy Services: For these services, cancellation is available on future billing cycles. Academy course fees are non-refundable once access is granted.
6. Changes to Services and Pricing
StreetMindz reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. Prices may be adjusted with a 30-day notice. By continuing to use our services after such updates, you accept the modified terms.
7. Copyright & Ownership
All content and products are the property of StreetMindz AG and may not be reproduced, duplicated, or sold without express permission. Users retain ownership of any content uploaded to the service but grant StreetMindz a limited license to use, display, and distribute the content as part of service delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
StreetMindz AG, its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or other damages arising from your use of our services.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StreetMindz AG and its affiliates from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
