Welcome to the Licensing and Subscription Policy (the “Policy”) for StreetMindz. This Policy outlines the terms for licensing, subscription renewals, support, and updates for our products and services across all platforms, including sub-domains and mobile versions. By using our products, you agree to these terms.
1. GPL License
StreetMindz themes and plugins are developed for WordPress, an open-source software released under the GNU General Public License (GPL 3.0). Consequently, any part of our themes or plugins that constitutes a derivative work of WordPress is also licensed under GPL 3.0.
2. Validity and Renewals
StreetMindz Themes and Plugins
- One-Year License: Your purchase includes a one-year license that provides access to product updates and customer support.
- Annual Renewal: To maintain access to updates and support beyond the first year, you must renew your license annually at the current product price.
- Expiration: After expiration, renewal is unavailable, and a new purchase is necessary to regain access to updates and support.
- Discounts and Promotions: All discounts and promotions apply only to the initial year.
StreetMindz App
- Subscription-Based License: The StreetMindz App subscription grants continuous access to updates and 24/7 customer support.
- Subscription Renewal: To maintain access to updates and support, your subscription must remain active. Canceling the subscription will disable app functionality.
Lifetime License
- Lifetime Support and Updates: A lifetime license provides access to support and updates for the life of the product without needing renewal.
- Product-Specific: Lifetime licenses apply only to the purchased product and do not include other StreetMindz offerings.
3. Software Updates
Themes and Plugins
- Automatic Updates: Updates are accessible through the WordPress dashboard. Renew your license annually to continue receiving updates.
StreetMindz App
- Plugin Updates: Updates for the StreetMindz App plugin are available through the WordPress dashboard.
- App Store Updates: Real-time content updates are synced with your app. To apply feature updates or performance improvements, generate a new app build via the StreetMindz App plugin in your WordPress admin area.
- Update Limits: Monthly build limits apply. Most apps do not require more than 1-3 builds per month. Additional builds are available upon request.
4. Pausing and Managing Subscriptions
- Pausing the StreetMindz App: You can pause your subscription if you’re not actively using the app. During a pause, access to support and updates is unavailable, and the app will be disabled.
- Yearly Subscription: Pause up to 6 months in a 12-month period.
- Monthly Subscription: Pause up to 3 months in a 12-month period.

StreetMindz provides 24/7 customer support via our ticketing system for active subscriptions. Please refer to our Support Policy for additional details.
6. Refund Policy
Depending on the product or service, a 14-21 day refund period may apply from the date of purchase. For more details, see our Refund Policy.

Yes. However, canceling the subscription will disable the app and terminate access to support and updates.

- Can I upgrade my theme or plugin license?
Yes. Choose an upgraded license from your account, pay the difference, and gain expanded access. - Can I transfer my license to someone else?
Only single-site subscriptions can be transferred upon request; multisite subscriptions cannot be divided. - Can I upgrade my app subscription?
Yes. You may upgrade at any time, with adjustments made according to your plan.
